Smart Cycling on Zoom

The Smart Cycling curriculum is designed to develop confidence and competence of a bicycle rider. Students will learn about choosing a bicycle, basic parts of a bike, essential equipment, as well as how to safely and comfortably ride your bike in various traffic conditions, terrain and climates.

You will learn how to:

Perform a bike safety check before each ride
Properly fit your bike helmet
Start riding efficiently
Stop with control
Identify hazards
Ride in proper lane position
Communicate effectively with others on the road

This Smart Cycling course will include LIVE virtual classroom instruction, via Zoom in addition to the self study on-line course at bikeed.org.
