HB154 – Contact your state senator

As written on our website on October 3rd we have been waiting for the Ohio Senate Transportation, Commerce and Labor Committee to vote to move HB154, the statewide 3ft passing bill, to the full senate floor for a vote.  This has happened thanks to your calls and emails.

Today, December 7th, at 1:30pm the full Ohio Senate will be voting to approve HB154. Call your local state Senate representative right now and tell them to vote YES on HB 154. If approved by the senate today, HB 154 will go into a concurrence session with the house and the senate tomorrow and then be on the governors desk this week. Lets finally get a statewide 3ft passing law in Ohio!
