Healthy Cleveland: Bike Awareness Ride


May is Bike Month, and bike safety is a key component! On May 3rd, join us for the second annual Bike Awareness Ride. Participate in a 4-mile or 10-mile ride on the open roads of Cleveland. This ride reminds bicyclists and motor vehicles that they need to co-exist safely on our busy streets!Registration begins at 9am at Nano Brew Cleveland (where there will be $5 breakfast sandwiches). The ride will begin at 10am at W. 25th St near Bridge St. behind Nano Brew (1939 W. 25th St, Cleveland).

Each ride will ride through 5 council wards ending at Market Garden Brewery where participants will receive a complimentary beverage post ride. If you need minor bike repairs Joy Machines Bike Shop will be there to help.
This is a collaboration between Council Wards 3, 12, 13, 14, 15 and the 2nd District Cleveland Police, Bike Cleveland, Nano Brew and Lutheran Hospital Community Outreach.
Adult event: children permitted if accompanied by a parent. Bring a helmet and a lock.
