Join Bike Cleveland and the Cleveland Department of Aging for Silver Spokes—a fun, welcoming, and age-friendly cycling program designed to help older adults stay active, social, and confident on two wheels!

Silver Spokes offers everything you need to get rolling again: learn the rules of the road, discover how to choose the right bike for you, and pick up tips for riding safely and comfortably. Plus, try out a variety of senior-accessible bikes with hands-on demos from our fleet!

Come meet new friends, build confidence, and enjoy the simple joy of cycling—no experience required. This program is made possible with support from VeloSano.
