ACTION ALERT: NOACA Downtown Transportation and Livability Study

NOACA is leading a study to improve transportation connections for all road users in Downtown Cleveland.

The plan envisions that “Downtown Cleveland has an equitable, modern, safe, connected, convenient, accessible, reliable, enjoyable, and multimodal transportation system that supports economic growth, quality of life, health, and environmental sustainability in downtown and the greater Cleveland region.”

We all agree that mobility downtown can be improved, especially for people biking and walking. This is your chance to have a voice in improving access, equity, and safety of people moving through and around Downtown.

The consultant team has put together a presentation to share existing conditions, including the most dangerous corridors for bicyclists and pedestrians, as well as an inventory of planned projects and they are looking for your feedback in a survey.  We encourage you to watch the existing conditions presentation on YouTube here  and review the images below:

After you watch the video presentation and review the slides and maps above complete this survey to share your ideas for improving mobility in Downtown. The survey has been extended until January 14th, 2022.
