PUBLIC MEETING: Avon Lake Citywide Bicycle Lane Redesign

Avon Lake was in the news twice this year for serious crashes involving cyclists and motor vehicles. One of the incidents was fatal for the rider involved, and the other left the cyclist very seriously injured. These crashes brought attention to the driving habits in the area, and the lack of safe, connected bicycle infrastructure. From the tragedies, however, emerges a public discussion about how to redesign roads for all users.

Join us and other local advocates at this public meeting to inform and shape the future of roads and bike lanes in Avon Lake.
