Climate Action Plan Meeting
The City of Cleveland is developing a Climate Action Plan (CAP) to develop goals and priorities for reducing air pollution in the city to make Cleveland a “green city on a blue lake.” The plan addresses a broad range of tactics for reducing pollution (alternative energy, land use, energy efficiency and green buildings, waste, etc.) but one key tactic is creating a policies and programs for more energy efficient transportation. It doesn’t get much more energy efficient than riding a bike.
Join Bike Cleveland at the Climate Action Plan public meeting to give feedback on the plan, and help make the case that bikes will save the world.
