All Month: Gohio Commute CAR(bon) FREE and Bike Month ChallengeMore Details | Join NOACA’s “CAR(bon) FREE Challenge”, with a special emphasis on cycling to celebrate National Bicycle Month in May! All non-car (SOV) destination trips (work, school, shopping) logged in Gohio Commute will count, and you can record up to 4 trips a day! Weekly prizes awarded through random drawings and overall first, second and third place winners.

All Month: Operation Clean Sweep | More Details | We’re crowdfunding the dollars to put a pedal-powered sweeper to work on our streets!

Better Streets Cleveland Citywide Gathering | More Details | Join the Better Streets Committees from across town for a chance to be part of the movement for change in your neighborhood. May 16th: Pedal for Prizes | More Details | Old Brooklyn Pedal for Prizes is back for it’s 16th year!! Win great prizes, including brand new bicycles, simply by exploring local businesses and other points of interest while riding your bicycle throughout Cleveland’s Old Brooklyn neighborhood.

May 21st: Ride of SilenceMore Details | Local cyclists will join others across the globe in a silent slow-paced ride in honor of vulnerable road users who have been injured or killed on our public roadways. NEW THIS YEAR: Our end point will be the Cinematheque in University Circle – where you can watch the film “Changing Lanes” which is a a compelling call to action for democracy at street level.
