Postponed: Opening Day for Trails: Rides!

UPDATE: We have made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone all April 18th Opening Day for Trails events until further notice. The health and safety of the trails community—our team, our partners, and all of you—is and always will be our top priority. For this reason, we feel it is our responsibility to do our part to “flatten the curve” as the COVID- 19 situation evolves.

Opening Day for Trails is the national kickoff celebration for the spring trail season. Started by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy in 2013, Opening Day encourages people to get outside and celebrate America’s exceptional trails and trail systems. On April 18, 2020, kick off Greater Cleveland’s spring trail season by hitting a trail for a walk, run, ride or special event. You can also check out the Complete List of Events and Facebook Event

If you are interested in a short, family friendly group bike ride we will have two opportunities – one east, one west! Both rides leave at noon, and are approximately 5 miles in length. If you join our rides, you must be wearing a helmet and sign a waiver before heading off. Rides are free, and no registration is required.
