PUBLIC MEETINGS: NOACA Climate Action Plan

NOACA is in the process of creating a regional climate action plan that will serve as the foundation for transformative action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, build resilience, and enhance equity in our region. The plan will design and carry out a climate action strategy that integrates local initiatives and identifies opportunities to develop programs and policies at the regional scale.

NOACA needs your input on climate risk, mitigation and adaptation strategies for their Climate Action Plan. They currently have an open survey for residents to provide feedback and are hosting  several public meetings throughout August.
