Riders: What is your Vision for the Valley?

Riders: It’s no secret that many exciting changes are either underway, or coming to Cleveland. One of our most important local assets is the Cuyahoga River, and many completed and upcoming bike projects are very near to this key waterway. There is a plan in the works to focus on the opportunities in relation to this, and we want to make sure the cycling community is represented in any future planning.

Vision for the Valley is an initiative to re-imagine the Cuyahoga Riverfront in ways that take advantage of the opportunities afforded by the Cleveland landscape and the river. Balancing business, recreation opportunities, housing, and commercial transportation along this corridor will create a unique and vibrant community, while elevating Cleveland as a true waterfront city. We want to ensure that safe bicycle access and amenities are in this vision.

Public Square – September 3 11am – 3pm

Riverview Welcome Center – September 5 11am – 3pm (1701 West 25th Street)

Merwin’s Wharf – September 7 11am – 3pm (1875 Merwin Avenue)

Market Square Park – September 7 11am – 3pm (Market Avenue at West 25th Street)

Steelyard Commons – September 7 11am – 3pm (3447 Steelyard Drive)

Flats East Bank – September 7 6pm – 10pm (Cleveland Metroparks’ Water Taxi Station, 1170 Old River Road)
