West Park Neighborhood Greenways
In 2023, a group of committee members participated in Bike Cleveland’s Winning Campaigns Training and envisioned a network of neighborhood streets connecting different parts of West Park. This is a type of infrastructure called “neighborhood greenways” or “bike boulevards.” Committee members planned a route and engaged their neighbors at community events. Ultimately, the greenway plan was officially adopted by the city as part of the Cleveland Moves plan.
Read more about the neighborhood greenways here and see the route below. We anticipate the official greenway signs to be posted late 2025.
Bike Walk West Park is a campaign to educate residents on how bikeable, walkable, and transit-accessible our neighborhood is. Over the next two months, we will be posting signs around the neighborhood to highlight walking, biking, and transit routes.
