3 Foot Passing Celebration with Slow Roll!

Let’s celebrate the 3′ Passing Law going live by meeting up a day early – and going for a ride!

The plan:  We all gather on Cleveland Public Square no later than 7:00PM on Monday, March 20th.  Head for the Northeast corner with the stepped hill.

The theme:  A big group photo celebrating 3 feet!  Bring something 3 feet long for the photo, or attach something (safely) to your bike to indicate 3 feet of space – and have some fun with it!  Do this before your arrival at Public Square, as once the photos are taken – folks will be ready to ride.  We’ll bring a modest supply of brightly colored yardsticks for people to hold up as well.  But let’s see some creativity!

The ride:  Once the photo op is done, join Slow Roll for one of their popular rides through the city.  Slow Roll is for everyone; all ages, all skill levels and every type of bike is welcome. Their slow pace keeps the group safe and gives riders a unique perspective of Cleveland and it’s neighborhoods.  Learn more about this ride, and then join them every Monday all season long in Cleveland’s largest weekly group ride!

Plus:  Help us spread the word by downloading this 3 Foot Law Flyer, sharing it, and printing copies to put on bulletin boards at work, community sharing areas, or anywhere else that awareness may come.

Let’s represent on Monday, help raise awareness about this important new law, and have a fantastic time!  Join in the discussion on the Facebook Event page and invite your friends to come!
