Payne Avenue Pre-Construction Meeting

MidTown Cleveland will be hosting a pre-construction community meeting with guests from the Mayor’s office of capital projects (MOCAP) to provide details to residents and businesses about the first phase of construction on Payne Avenue between E 13th and E 30th.

When: Tuesday, June 18th | 5:30-7:30pm

Where: Chinese Christian Church | 3224 Payne Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114

Why: Payne Avenue was envisioned by local stakeholders as a complete street as part of the “People’s Street” initiative. | Learn More | This project presents an opportunity to improve the safety of people biking and walking by including protected bike lanes – perhaps Cleveland’s first parking protected bike lanes – into the design.

Please join us at this meeting to show support for protected bike lanes, and designing roadways that are safe for all road users.
