Complete Streets

Complete streets serve the needs of all users, not just automobiles. In communities that adopt a Complete Streets policy, transportation planners & engineers design and operate their street networks to be safer and better for everyone who uses them. Drivers, transit users, pedestrians, & bicyclists have safe access to the entire right of way, regardless of age, ability, or mode of transportation.  Bike Cleveland is active in working with Cuyahoga County and the City of Cleveland to adopt and implement complete streets.
