Public Meeting | Feb 26th: Parma Greenway
We’re excited to share a unique feature in your neighborhood: the Parma Greenway — a 7-mile urban route connecting West Creek Reservation to Big Creek Reservation. This isn’t a trail, but a thoughtfully designed route through residential streets and natural areas that safely links parks, schools, stores, and more.
The greenway meets Ohio’s safety standards and offers a safe, welcoming space for walking, biking, and connecting with neighbors. It’s a peaceful way to move through Parma — whether you’re commuting, exercising, or enjoying the outdoors. Learn more about Neighborhood Greenways.
What’s changing?
Just paint and signs — markings on the road and signs on existing posts to guide the route. No new infrastructure, no road diet, and no bike races — just your neighbors and families using the space as they do now.
This project, in partnership with Parma, Parma Heights, Tri-C Western Campus & Others reflects our commitment to safe, accessible, and vibrant neighborhoods.
Join us at the newly constructed event center for a public meeting, brief presentation followed by a Q&A with local civic leaders.
