Advocate for Safer Speed Limits in Ohio

Speed is deadly. Since 2018, there have been over 58,000 speed related crashes in Ohio. 912 of those crashes resulted in fatalities, and in 3,798 someone was seriously injured.

There’s been an alarming increase in speeding and reckless driving during the pandemic, and it’s getting worse. This trend is impacting people who we love–parents, children, friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

Building a safer transportation system impacts all of us, but current state law is tying the hands of local governments in their efforts to improve safety on some of our most dangerous streets.

Join the effort to advocate for lower speed limits.

Ask your state legislators to pass laws that give local governments more local control on setting speed limits in their local communities.
